 OK you say, why would foreigner stay at Tourista, what are you a "cheapskate"? No, actually, just one who loves Poltava and just happy I get to travel at all. Besides that, I really like the hotel-and the restuarant is good enough for me-(and walking distance from my favorite restuarant "Utorok" yum-yum!!!), and have stayed there three other times, but someone has always booked us ahead. This time I am traveling alone and with my lowly Russian language skills will buy all train tickets and book hotels myself (yes frightening). I will be in Poltava early December-is there a different price for Ukrainian and one for American?. What can I expect to pay for simple room? Thank you for any assistance, Jon | ||

If you mean hotel 'Tourist' near the river I didn't find any differences for foreigns in prices and descriptions. If you want you can call there Phone: +38-0532-2-25-41 or send a fax Fax: +38-0532-2-08-42 and ask directly. Prices are between 15 and 100 $ | ||

Prices are equal for local citizens and foreigners, at least I think that they are equal:) restaurant's name is Hutorok not a Utorok:) | |||
